How much does it cost to use Sciencesconf?

The use of Sciencesconf is free for organizers of scientific events.

Registration for a conference may be subject to a fee, according to the choice of the organizers.

Is the website immediately visible?

After validation of your creation request, it is up to you to decide when your event website will be open to the public. You have the time to configure it and enrich it with content.

Do the website remain accessible after the end of the conference?

The website remains accessible after the end of the conference. It is still hosted on Sciencesconf.

After 2 years, the administration interfaces are no longer available: only the public pages are available (papers, program, etc).

For a wider dissemination of the papers, it is possible to transfer them in the open archive HAL.

Is it possible to duplicate the configuration of a conference?

It is possible. You need to create a new conference and send an email to support@sciencesconf.org and specify the URL of the conference you want to duplicate.

Is it possible to change the name of a conference?

You cannot make the change by yourself. However, you can recreate a conference with the new name and send an email to support@sciencesconf.org saying that you want to replace the old version with the new one. We will validate the new conference as soon as possible, make the change and delete the old conference.

How to use Sciencesconf to manage a call for projects ?

The conference creation request form includes a field to specify the type of event: you can select “Call for proposals”.

The dedicated service is called Sciencescall. The website for your call will have a dedicated web url:[mycall].sciencescall.org.
