Data of biological shapes are becoming increasingly available and diverse: from proteins structures to medical images, including growing organisms. Studying such data requires an interdisciplinary approach covering mathematics, computer sciences and biology. The goal of this workshop is to gather researchers with various backgrounds to discuss new challenges in the comprehension of biological shapes and the possible input of recent advances in shape analysis.
